What happens when all the card value is used? Should I throw the card away?
As long as there are funds on the card it can be used as often as you like. Once you run out of funds you may add additional funds to the Gift Card at any Foodtown location. When, a card is not used for 2 years, the card will become inactive and value can no longer be added to the card.

Does the Foodtown Gift Card ever expire?
No. However, when a card is not used, (for purchases or value added to the card), within 2 years, the card will become inactive. Also, cards that retain a zero balance for more than 30 days will be deactivated.

Am I restricted to using my Foodtown Gift Card only at the location of purchase?
No. It may be used at any Foodtown Supermarket location.

Are there any limits on the number of cards that can be bought or the amount of money that can be placed on the Foodtown Gift Card?

Does the Foodtown Gift Card have a Dormancy or Service Fee?
Cards that is inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to an inactivity fee, except where prohibited or modified by law. After 12 months of non-use, an inactivity fee of $2.00 per month, applied back to the first month of non-use, will be deducted from the remaining balance of the card and will continue until the card balance is zero.

Can I receive cash back on funds I have placed in my Foodtown Gift Card?
Foodtown Gift Cards may be redeemed for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

Q: Can I return a Foodtown gift card?
A: Foodtown gift cards cannot be returned. However, they can be used to purchase any merchandise within the store.
